We offer neurodiverse-affirming counselling that honours the full spectrum of how people think, feel, communicate, and experience the world. Our approach is grounded in the belief that neurodiversity is a natural and valuable part of human diversity—not something to be “fixed.”
Counselling is tailored to each individual, recognizing unique strengths, challenges, sensory needs, communication styles, and ways of processing emotions. We work collaboratively to create a supportive, respectful space where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to be themselves.
Neurodiverse counselling may support individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional regulation, relationships, self-esteem, identity exploration, life transitions, or the impacts of masking and chronic stress. Sessions are flexible and adapted to meet clients where they are, using clear communication, predictable structure when helpful, and a strengths-based lens.
Our work is client-centred and trauma-informed, emphasizing safety, autonomy, and meaningful goals defined by the client. We focus on building insight, practical coping strategies, and self-understanding while celebrating individuality and resilience.
Everyone deserves counselling that respects who they are. We are committed to providing care that is inclusive, compassionate, and aligned with each person’s lived experience.

We utilize a client-centred approach where we view neurodivergence as a strength or a variation and not something that has to be cured or fixed. Our approach works to help you thrive in the neurotypical world by working with you to find ways to adapt environments and tools and reduce masking, assimilation, and social camouflage to validate your unique experience.
Not all models of therapy are suitable for those who are neurodivergent. Many of our therapists work from a client-centred, neurodivergent affirming approach that incorporates humanistic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches.
