These psychotherapy sessions are designed to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in developing practical skills for social connection, communication, organization, and daily functioning—while honouring neurodiversity and individual strengths.
Social skills psychotherapy for ASD focuses on understanding social cues, building meaningful relationships, navigating peer interactions, and increasing confidence in social situations. Sessions emphasize authenticity, consent, and self-advocacy rather than masking, supporting clients in developing skills that feel respectful and sustainable.
Executive functioning psychotherapy for ADHD supports skills such as planning, task initiation, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through. Therapy helps clients develop strategies to manage overwhelm, improve flexibility, and create systems that work with their brain—not against it.
Sessions are structured, collaborative, and individualized, using evidence-informed approaches, real-life practice, and strengths-based goal setting. Our work is neurodiversity-affirming and client-centred, creating a supportive space where individuals can build skills, confidence, and self-understanding in ways that align with their needs and values.

Our social skills coaching is not about changing your personality or forcing you to change who you are, but about providing information to help you navigate complex situations and advocate for your own needs with confidence. In a supportive therapeutic environment, we focus on building the specific skills you value—whether that is understanding social cues or setting boundaries—so you can connect with others in a way that feels authentic and sustainable for you.
Provides you with hands-on, practical strategies to master time management, organization, and task initiation, transforming daily overwhelm into a structured roadmap for success. Executive Functioning Counselling goes deeper by exploring the emotional and psychological barriers—such as anxiety or perfectionism—that often underlie chronic procrastination and self-doubt.
