Our counseling services are available to children, youth, and adults, focusing on a psychoeducational approach to help individuals understand their diagnoses, support parenting of neurodivergent children, and strengthen self-identity. Our team works with both individuals and families to foster understanding, address challenges, and embrace the neurodiversity movement in our community.

We offer neurodiverse-affirming counselling that honours the full spectrum of how people think, feel, communicate, and experience the world. Our approach is grounded in the belief that neurodiversity is a natural and valuable part of human diversity—not something to be “fixed.”
Counselling is tailored to each individual, recognizing unique strengths, challenges, sensory needs, communication styles, and ways of processing emotions. We work collaboratively to create a supportive, respectful space where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to be themselves.

Our ADHD psychotherapy supports individuals in building practical skills for focus, emotional regulation, and follow-through, while honouring the real challenges that come with ADHD. A core part of our approach includes Delay–Denial Tolerance (DDT) training, a skill set that helps strengthen the ability to pause, tolerate discomfort, and make intentional choices—especially in moments of impulsivity or overwhelm.

Grief is a deeply personal and often complex experience that can affect every part of life. Grief, loss, and bereavement psychotherapy and counselling provide a compassionate, supportive space to explore the emotional, physical, and relational impacts of loss—at a pace that feels right for you.
There is no single or “correct” way to grieve. Therapy honours your unique experience, whether you are navigating the death of a loved one, anticipatory grief, complicated or prolonged grief, relationship loss, identity loss, or major life transitions.

Couples therapy offers a supportive space for partners to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether you are experiencing ongoing conflict, feeling disconnected, adjusting to life changes, or seeking to deepen your emotional bond, therapy can help create understanding and meaningful change.

AIM Explorers is a supportive, skills-based program designed to help children and youth build emotional awareness, flexibility, and resilience in a way that feels engaging, playful, and meaningful. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, AIM Explorers helps participants learn how to notice thoughts and feelings, manage big emotions, and make choices that align with what matters most to them.

These psychotherapy sessions are designed to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in developing practical skills for social connection, communication, organization, and daily functioning—while honouring neurodiversity and individual strengths.
