Carmen brings over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and adults with disabilities in diverse settings, including schools, treatment centers, community programs, and group living environments. With a strong foundation in education, she spent over a decade coordinating and teaching in the Autism and Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate Program at Fanshawe College. She also serves as an assistant professor in the Master of Professional Education (ABA) program at Western University.
Carmen holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University. Her research focuses on adapting counseling and clinical practices for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other disabilities, as well as developing social skills programs for childcare, recreational, and school settings.
As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) for over 10 years, Carmen has provided applied behavior analysis interventions for individuals across the lifespan. Recently, her work has shifted toward empowering adults in community settings, helping them achieve their goals through high-quality learning opportunities and personalized support. Carmen is deeply committed to fostering growth, independence, and success for every individual she works with.
Clinical Psychologist
Kimberly is a seasoned educator and psychologist with a wealth of experience gained from living, studying, and teaching across Canada. Her diverse career includes roles as a resource teacher, guidance counsellor, vice-principal, and leader within various school boards, as well as contributions in clinical settings (McMaster Children’s Hospital) and post-secondary institutions (Fanshawe College, Brock University).
Kimberly has been with Memorial University since 2016 and currently serves as a tenured full professor in the Faculty of Education. She is a certified teacher, special education specialist, board-certified behavior analyst (doctoral), and an accomplished researcher, author, and trainer. Her work focuses on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and promoting inclusive classroom practices.
Kimberly is also a member of the Research Centre on Inclusive Education at Western University, where she holds an assistant professorship in the Master of Professional Education (ABA) program.

With a strong background in clinical settings, including psychiatric clinics and private practice, Etti specializes in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She focuses on supporting trauma survivors and provides assessments and treatments through insurance providers and the WSIB.
Etti earned her Doctor of Psychology degree from California Southern University and a Diplom-Psychologie (Master's equivalent) from Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany. Additionally, she holds Master’s degrees in Cognitive Studies and European Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Fluent in English, Hebrew, and German, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish, she is able to connect with a wide range of clients.

Kate earned her B.Sc. Honours in Behaviour, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Windsor, followed by a master’s degree in Cognitive, Developmental, and Brain Sciences from Western University. Her research explored brain activity in autistic and neurotypical individuals during social interactions. Inspired by her passion for psychological assessments, Kate transitioned into her role as a psychometrist, where she continues to apply her expertise to support individuals’ cognitive and emotional development.

With extensive experience in working with neurodiverse children, youth, and adults, Lizanne is well versed in utilizing a psychoeducational approach to help understand how autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and intellectual disabilities affect each person's life. In addition to individual counselling, she works with couples and family therapy to support group facilitation. She also has an extensive background in working with individuals experiencing trauma and grief.
A lifelong learner, Lizanne holds an Honours BA from Western University, with a focus on Thanatology and Psychology. She is also certified in Addictions Counseling and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Her education and diverse experience equip her to conduct thorough assessments and build strong therapeutic relationships with both children and adults. Lizanne is currently registered in good standing (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
